My journey didn’t begin with coaching—it started on the skating rink. As a professional skater from Kurukshetra, Haryana, I later became a skating coach in Delhi, working with schools and organizations.

In 2010, I shifted my focus to wellness coaching and moved to Bangalore to help people build healthier, more fulfilling lives. Since then, I’ve:
