I've tried to quit before — patches, gums, willpower, apps. Nothing worked. Why would this be different?

 Because none of those address the actual problem. Patches and gums replace nicotine with more nicotine. Willpower runs out under stress. Apps give you information but not transformation. Founder of the Quit Smoking & Nicotine Freedom System (QSFS) — Aman began his journey as a skater and coach, where discipline and consistency shaped his early career.
