Aman’s journey began in the picturesque town of Kurukshetra, Haryana, where he chased his dreams as a professional skater. However, life had more in store for him. In 2001, he found himself at Delhi Public School, commencing a fulfilling career as a skating coach. His coaching journey extended to prestigious schools in Delhi, leaving an indelible impact on the lives of numerous young skaters.
Yet, Aman’s life took a transformative turn when he discovered the world of wellness. In 2010, he moved to Bangalore and fell in love with the city. Since then, he’s dedicated his life to empowering individuals and families to adopt positive habits for a more fulfilling life.




Driven by a deep passion to explore holistic wellness, Aman embarked on a journey that took him to the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), where he earned an online diploma in wellness coaching. He also completed online courses in tobacco and nicotine from the University of Michigan and global tobacco control from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
His commitment and dedication culminated in the creation of the QSFS Method, a transformative two-week online program that has liberated countless individuals from the grip of smoking.

The nature of nicotine addiction is that it instantly captivates the brain. After each cigarette, nicotine levels in the brain rapidly decline, creating uncomfortable urges. These urges are essentially the brain’s way of signaling the need to restore nicotine levels, prompting us to smoke repeatedly. Over time, we find ourselves increasing our smoking frequency—a common feature of any chemical addiction. Have you noticed your smoking habits escalating over the years? Mental Addiction
For many smokers, cigarettes become an integral part of their daily routines.
