Refund & Cancellation Policy (QSFS Program)

We believe in the QSFS system and are committed to your transformation. That’s why we’ve kept our refund policy simple and fair.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a 100% refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You attended the live sessions of the QSFS program or watched the recordings within 7 days.
  • You completed the basic assignments in Week 1.
  • You participated in at least one support call (or posted in the group if unable to attend).
  • You feel that this program is not the right fit for you and inform us within the first 7 days of program start.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to [support@quitsmartly.com] with your full name, registered email, and the reason for the refund.
  • If eligible, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5–7 business days after we review your request.

3. No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • You did not attend or engage with the program at all.
  • You request a refund after the first 7 days of the batch start.
  • You misuse the content or violate our Terms & Conditions.

Note: Refunds are processed through the original payment method. We do not offer partial refunds or transfers to future batches.
